Webbing tape

Anyone know where I can get some decent webbing tape, that would be suitable for using on a hamock (i.e. would hold my weight)?

I've looked in the usual places like millets, cotswolds etc, but they don't seem to sell it. Have looked on the internet but cannot find anywhere....

Anyone any idea?

IIRC webbing is so damn strong you should have no prob's supportin your weight. My woodlore hammock uses, i think, 20mm webbing - might be less actually, and if it can take my weight (18st ), you should have no trouble.

I saw this and wondered how wrong can you get for less than a tenner and 50M is enuff for a few hammocks.

once again i'm too slow off the mark, but for future reference, my local decathalon sells tape in different widths colours etc, along with climbing rope off the reel. all the best
