Ugly stik rod?

I know telescopic ones are meant to be naff and I still need to be able to put the rod on my bike and cycle around

Mine are five piece rather than telescopic. One of them has alternative tips that give different speeds when casting. Even though it’s a quality make I would describe it as barely adequate. The good side of it is that it will fit in my inside jacket pocket.
