Anyone got any experience of the Tamarack courses. I was looking at doing their Wilderness Cookery course next year and wondered if anyone had any experience of them.

Haven't done any courses but have spoken with the owner Mike several times regarding BC courses for school.
He seems very knowledgeable and has a very easy going, confident manner.
On the strength of our meeting, and having spoken with people who know him, I placed a very large order for camping equipment with him for school - all now delivered and I was kept informed of any delays on some items.
Can't fault the service from the shop and hopefully that is a good indication of how the courses will run.
