I managed to get to through to Andrew on Sunday and had a good chat about everything that has been going on.
I passed on a few of the comments from here and that people are getting very worried about their orders and some people aren't happy.
He apologised profusely and explained the situation to me.
I asked him if he wanted me to post on here to explain to the others and he was happy for me to put something up.
Firstly, I have nothing to do with Andrew / Outdoor Code (so dont get upset with me). Just another worried customer and this was the first order I have ever made with ODC.
Below are the key points from what we discussed ( Sorry its bit of a running commentary)
First Id heard about it!
I just got back and it is my original ODC order! I cant believe that!
I called Andrew to hold off sending a replacement and had another chat with him.
He said:
There was no reason why my order was at the depot, all addressed correctly[FONT="].[/FONT]
[FONT="]It might be worth giving your local one a call to see if there's something held up for you... long shot but may be the case.

- Andrews still having ADSL connection problems, BT have checked the line, they say it's fine but he can only get online for 3 minutes at a time.
- BT are sending out an engineer today (Monday) to investigate.
- He got a new router but the problems are still happening.
- In the 3 minutes he can't get his email down, so cant even see some of the orders people are complaining about.
- He's not got a lot of the phone numbers for people on here, so hasn't been able to get in contact with them.
- He has 2 computers there and they're both doing the same thing.
- He's happy to give refunds right away to people who want them.
- He can't update the website to stop orders coming through.

- Hes managed to get his PC to a friends house and downloaded his emails.
- 1500 emails to go through, but had already sent out 150 orders today.
- Things should start arriving soon.
