more recycling - friction folder from stuff in the shed!

was feeling creative today after reading the BB forum last night.
So today I made a very simple friction folder out of stuff in the shed.
Chopping board + pc case + end of a blunt bread knife + some bolts =

How did you drill the blade for the pivot point?

Nice work sir looks great,And I had to heat up my blades and then I used a cobalt drill bit.

Very, very slow with a diamond tipped bit cooled with oil. But i don't think ikea bread knives are up to much. Will build a "proper" one from scratch once i've built a little forge.

This one is little flimsy, as the frame is thin mild steel, but it's a good prototype to make mistakes on as it cost me nowt
