I thought so too; I thought that there were some nice shinies there, but all in all a practical looking set

What is the top pictured knife? From its appearance, I'm not sure that I could use it for a prolonged period - for any normal bushcraft-y task... But maybe it works well.
I think that is an older model of the Buck Alpha fixed blade hunter. It was one of the instructor assistants who came from a hunting background.
