Only you can tell as you've got the box with all the blurb on it and the individual packets.

They get old by time. So probably do not work.

I had a couple of packs that went hard and just didn't work at all.

Only way to find out if they're viable is to try one.
It's a chemical reaction, if it's slowly done it's reacting over time......
