We have our own yard around the house. A fence around it was necessary. The option was dogs (whippets) running away because a poor hare or a roe deer coming too near the be spotted. A farmer half a mile away is breeding deer. Guess once if they where intresting..... But now the dogs has grown so they can´t go through the fence as they could as puppys. As long as our cats walk through the yard they are left alone. But if or when they start to run, they´d better run as fast as.... /Swede
