Looks pretty decent to me. Sounds ideal for a beginner.

BE WARNED - once you hit hot steel you get the addiction and will be buying your own kit before long.
All the best

The £100 is the fee you (or your employer) needs to pay after getting funding from Heritage Craft Alliance LTD for the other 70% of the course fee. Standard fee for the course is £500 +VAT.

Course fee: £100 +VAT! (Subject to eligibility - Defra funded course aimed at those in rural craft training or employment.)To enquire about Defra funding or to book a place please contact Jude or Glenn: 01677 422289

I'd guess that 'Defra funded course aimed at those in rural craft training or employment.' will be pivotal in who's accepted for help with the funding.
