I tried the milk free diet with my son and it seemed to work!
His hayfever was pretty bad and anti histamines didn't seem to be effective, after reading this thread he stopped using milk and milk products and it seemed to work in a couple of days. It didnt clear completely but with anti histamines it hardly bothered him at all. We kept it up for about a month during his worst time of the year then relaxed as the season was over. Might have been coincidence, got no idea how it would work, but it is worth bearing in mind for next year.
