Basically in unused condition and only ever carried “just in case” The fabric still has that slippery/new feeling, these are sadly no longer in production.
Measures 250cm x 140cm, 6 x tie out loops (unused as you can see from photos) and snaps along the side for use when worn as a poncho, hood has a simple drawcord.
