Hello not everyday you find a ladle blank at the flea market. I bought it for 5 swedish kronor. It could be 2 years old or +30 who knows. What I do know is that the man or woman sho selected the piece knew what they were doing cause it follows the fibers very well! So glad I could finish this piece 
(it might not be finished yet I might carve some more on it...)
