I've got an Andrew James dehydrator and am wondering what i can use to line the trays so i can make leathers and such like, what does everyone else with this type of dehydrator use?

I've used baking parchment for dehydrating stews and the like. Another option is silicon baking sheets cut to fit.

I take climg film will also work for meals? however i can't help but think heat will only be able to move via the center channel as opposed to through the trays.

Depends how you load your trays, if you only use the outer 2/3 of the tray you still have the inner 1/3 for air movement. It shows it in the tutorial that way.

£store silicon oven sheets. The sort of 'woven' brown ones, not the thick black ones.
Pear leather is brilliant :D :D
