I didn't know that barbour used ventile in their jackets.
Their website certainly doesn't mention it.
I've seen something like this on e'bay before and was a little suspicious then.
has anyone heard of vebtile barbour jackets before?

I questioned the guy, and he sent me a pic of the label. It APPEARS to be genuine, but note - the sleeves are short, as with all Barbours. Nowhere to hide the pinkies in cold wet weather.

I've heard of these before, but I think they've been discontinued for a few years now.

Barbour produced two versions: a double ventile version called the Endurance and a double ventile with polyester padding version called the Arctic Endurance.

I bought an Endurance (size 44") a few years ago after they were discontinued and heavily discounted. It sits unused in the wardrobe upstairs!
