Brown cheese is great. Though I was told by a Norwegian I was strange to like it as most foreigners don't... I thought it was pretty good. :p

Like some of salt or ammoniacal liquorice from the Nordic and Teutonic regions. I love it, and thankfully not many of my other friends do so I don't have to crash the sweeties much when I have some.

Sent via smoke-signal from a woodland in Scotland.

I found the skyr in Asda today but they only had strawberry and honey flavours. I wasn't particularly impressed, the taste was good but the texture was pretty gloopy and that clearly comes from the starch which is on the ingredients list and is presumably used to thicken it. My guess is that the real thing is just an ordinary yoghurt with some of the whey drained out, rather like making soft cheese.

I like gjetost, the brown cheese.

I've tried all three now. The honey one wasn't great and the strawberry one wasn't much better. I prefer the plain version by far. The best one we had in Iceland was the blueberry flavour.

I went to try these, in Asda, and they only had honey in, but the shelf was full of FAT FREE yogurts, so I thougt great, I'll get some.

I swear Ive never put on weight so fast.

Ive gone up an entire waist size. I thought, great, no fat, I can eat as many as I want without consequence!

Apparently they are full of sugar which makes you fat.
