Had a few trips up there too. Its good when John and Val Lord are there.
I keep meaning to do the cave tour. I was talking to a chap who used to live not far away and he said as kids they would run around in there as somewhere to play before the gates went up :D

that must have been fun, i would quite like to spend a night in one of the caves
