1 week in the south, tracks ideas ?HELP

Hi I'm looking at doing a week of hiking/camping in august with a few mates any recommended tracks ,I'm from Kent so anywhere in the south really ,would need to source water etc any help apretiated

South Downs Way is nice. Some of the best scenery in UK, imo.

The White Horse Trail is well worth a look. We did it a couple of years ago and found it most pleasant. It's a circular route and we started/finished at Westbury railway station. https://www.ldwa.org.uk/ldp/members/show_path.php?path_name=White+Horse+Trail

South Downs Way is nice. Some of the best scenery in UK, imo.

I agree, I live about 3 miles south of where it crosses the road at Cocking. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.
