There was agroup buy of these on British Blades , I was handing them out left right and centre, they are really bright enough to put a maglite to shame.
Best for last  they cost about 25p each:lmao:
Get a tenner's worth and see how many friends you have.
I've got them on zip pulls...

Hopefully I'll be there this year, provided that Tony can book me a double ensuite with internet connection :D
Ah well:rolleyes: I'll just put up with two trees close enough together to hang my basha.
See you there.

I know not whether either of these are repros, but I very much doubt it, in either case the material is "ripe" and fragile with it, I don't remember where the label sat on the first smock but on this one here it's behind the lefthand pocket with the ink stamp just above, this section is doubled...
The first of these smocks I had, sold on Ebay for £142 the guy who bought it had previously paid over £300 for a "Fallschirmsjaeger" camo smock, so he was well into this gear.
Bearing this in mind I could hardly believe my luck when I found another at the boot sale, however my joy was...
I can't really help you with a how to  but here is a '44 smock windproof camouflage that I found in a boot sale.

here's the label from inside ;-

I'm not going either :sigh: There's a family wedding that I'm expected to attend, only found out about it a few weeks ago. I'm gutted, it's down west wales and there's no way I can get out of it.
Still, God willing there's always next year.:)

Due to family commitments in the form of yet another wedding  I won't be able to make it this year, much to my chagrin. I'm sorry that I won't be there to run you good folk about as usual.
I look forward to reading reports of good things. I'm really miffed at not being...
There's a Teso and a Lidl a few miles up the road, usually someone will give you a lift if you havn't got transport.
A very family/children friendly environment, it'll be good to see you there.

I live alongside a wood here in the outskirts of Cardiff and there has been the tapping of a Woodpecker every day since Friday.
Time to think of tapping myself , only I'll be tapping a Birch. :D
