    Blackfly (midge) free until the second week of May, they peter out (sort of) second week of June to be replaced with mosquitos, deer flies, and the really scary moose flies come out in July. However if it cools down (like it does evey night) the midges come back :( Dave

    I would disagree with that. The native wolf population in the Eastern Canada was hunted into extinction during the 1930-40s, as the western coyote moved east to take advantage of the available food sources they have grown larger than their western cousins. Here in Nova Scotia these predators...
