Just got back from Vixen pits. What a brill day. Just me and Leigh. Dry and open. Loads and loads of dead standing and complete dead trees to cut up and burn. Fishing lake that is super clear so you can see the bottom. Fishing places dug out so you can get right down to water level. Tried a new tarp made from ripstop nylon that kept the hail and rain shower out
Gonna be brill to go down again (5th April I reckon)

Once you have signed up to meetup.com you can join any club. There should be a 'join us!' button on the webpage above. Normally near the top of the page on the right. Click it, fill out your details and then you should be in.
