I was discussing this with SWMBO yesterday and she said there may (i stress may) be some community grants available as it is set up as an education thing, if members of the public can do courses.

She also said some stuff about co-operatives rather than charities - to much red tape & hand tieing.


If you got some firm ideas as to how it is going to set up and what you'll be doing & who can attend she may be able to give advise. She way Community Funding officer at one of the council until a few months ago. Now does Community proceedure and proformance so still is involved.

Drop me an email and I'll forward stuff to her - may take a while to get a reply from her as finding free time isd a bit difficult.
