I had an email from Living Woods magazine which reads

An estate in South Suffolk is looking for a woods person/estate worker to manage 400 acres of woodland, plus other tasks as well. Must be experienced in the use of tractors, hedge flail, chainsaws and other machinery.
A live-in cottage is provided.
