Im over 17, i have never rip of or wasted anyones time and i've been around a while. But still i can't sell, why is this?

you will see that it is indeed for Full Members, who help with the costs of running the server by subscribing to the site. Admittedly, the bit about being a full member is not in bold, but it is there.
I believe that British Blades allows selling by members who do not subscribe, but would need to check. Have a look over there. There are a lot of members that cross over the two forums.
