Why can't I get my profile pic to show?

I'm sure someone will be able to tell me what I'm doing wrong, I can't get my profile to show up on my postings, but it shows all OK in my profile etc... Do I have to make so many posts until it shows, or am I just not doing something that I should be?, thanks in advance

You need to upload an avatar rather than a profile picture, just a couple of lines lower down on the User CP
