where has the edit button gone?

Am I just being really dumb, or has the edit button disappeared?

Perhaps this is something to do with the site updates, bbut I have the silly habit of only spell-checking after I submit my response, and the edit button was missing to change something.

Not a big problem, just curious

OK, that's wierd, it is there now ( after I submitted the post above), but on the previous post I did, it had dissappeared!

Probably just ignore my ramblings and this thread
