Vector Commando Bergen , Refurb

Last week at the Militra show at Malvern I picked up a well used Vector commando Bergen .

Here we go ,

Stated with a complete strip down and wash in the bath frame stays removed and straightened .

Loads of stress points restiched after twenty odd years of carrying its 120 liter plus that needed doing ,

The top straps for some reasion had been removed so thay were replaced ,

The removable waist belt fittings on the bergen had been removed so that was sorted out , extended the belt and fitted a bergbuckle ,

As the belt is removable I left these straps on maybe usefull as a pulk harness

Badge time ,

With a velcroed orenge panel behind ,

The pouche behind the side pouches is handy for an axe ,

These were the Kifaru packs of there day so Im glad I have managed to get it back to a working condition , loads of stiching but I have enjoyed it
