Looks very like the Jerven Bag concept. My Jerven has two different weight sleeping bags that can be zipped in or out of the JB, and used singly or together in the JB, or separately. Not cheap, but mine's had some good use, including sheltering a casualty (not me) on two occasions. Good gear.

Reminds me of a mash up of the old 1980's German army sleeping bag with the zipped arms and detachable foot section and the old WWII Zeltbhan concept
