Sweetcorn

I planted baby sweetcorn this season from seed. The plants look great to me but not sure what to look for with ti no when to harvest?

dont know about baby sweet corn but for normal corn i peel back the green to expose the cob and press a nail into it if its milky coloured juice its not quite there...

If it is something like 'mini-pop' then as far as I know it should be picked before it is fertilized, ie. when the tassels first start to appear
