it's made by Northwood Knives of Gladstone USA. i found it on the knives ship free web site, good value with the exchange rate etc. it's very light weight and small enought to slip into my fly fishing bag without being obvious.

That is probably one of the last knives made by Dave Shirley, the owner of Northwood Knives, who recently passed on. Dave was a great guy who loved knives and made/produced a lot of great ones. Many originated from old Marbles stock. Not sure about that one. Enjoy it! It's a nice one!
