Swedish army surplus sizing?

Wondering in anyone can help with a guide to the sizing of Swedish army gear?

I'd like to pick up a couple of odds and ends but i'm having trouble working out what size I might be

in the m90-system sized is based on
lenght and weight
for jackets and trousers there is room for extra laters so if that isn't needed you can maybe use a size smaller (weightwise).
bootsize is lenght of the foot in mm.
can't rember m59-sizing but can check if its so old stuff.

thanks but most of the stuff seem to have a label like this, which I assume is the size in inches but there doesn't seem to be a height option? - I wondered if the C stood for something?

It will download a size chart of Swedish C sizes and conversion to UK. Trousers, coats, shirts

I used it to source my M59 parka and got a C152 as I am 44chest and over 6ft tall.
