Suspended subs? Paypal

Just got an email saying BC media has suspended automatic payment.

Is this by design? I have some issues with paypal at the moment so if this is a PP thing is there another way to pay the subs?

I can forward email or PM a screen shot.

its ok i figured it out, its my end and paypal.
