Spectacular and outrageous wood

[Baggy]

A very kind man recently gave me a lump of wood which he has described as "spectacular and outrageous wood"

Here is what I did with it, another spoon... and he is correct.

I must photograph it with different lighting, that was my usual setup but the depth of the bowl does not show, could be the patterning.

yes, spoon is very nicely carved. Curved ondulated handle goes well with grain pattern, adding to its already psicodelic image. Well done Mark! Lovely piece of wood though. Beautiful!
