Source for combi ferrules

Another tread has promted me yet again to search the net for a source of a combi spike/rubber ferrule to fit to my existing walking stave. Commercial ones have them, there must be someone making them somewhere.

I have yet to find a souce - anyone know were they can be bought?

I was thinking more of the type that has a hinged rubber cover for the spike but I like the design of one you suggest better. I'm far less likely to break simple solutions.
