Like the way the beltloop is attached to the sheath. Does it not move or loosen?

No worries, great question. The belt loop is inserted wet and shrinks in place when dry. It's tightly held by friction/surface tension.

The dirk was made by me, the small leather knife was not...it's an Al Stohlman cut-off knife from Tandy-leather factory, that I added for function and scale. The dirk is a piece of 01 tool steel formed by stock removal with. The hilt is rock maple with accents of macassar ebony and black walnut all hand shaped. the finish is oil only. It's quite rough-and -ready and as it was one of my first efforts, I love it. But I want to do better next time.
