Hi Guys,

I'm interested in the Snugpak pile pants for sitting around camp in the winter. I have the pile shirt and the sizing is very generous. Does anybody know about the pants? Ideally I want to wear them on their own but also able to pull over trousers if it gets cold quick?

Thanks

I believe the OP is refering to fibrepile pants, not pants designed to ease the suffering of those with bum grapes.

Everything I have had from snugpak was badly made.

I would get buffalo made trousers.

But in reality, I just wear my regular trousers with icebreaker thermals.

Never knew you could get special pants for the old 'farmers' - I've always used a cream. You live & learn eh. What a great site this is.

Have you tried the Craghopper Kiwi Winter lined strides - you'll pick a pair up for £20 & they're excellent in cold weather.
