Sleeping bag re - cover?

I have a 42 year old Mountain Equipment Snowline which has given excellent service, but now the cover / shell is getting very tired. The down lofts like new though.
Does anyone know of a company that can use my old down and put it into a new cover?

The bag has some years left in it as is, but a facelift would be nice.(Sounds a bit like me!)

Perhaps a new Pertex 'outerskin' over the existing might suffice, save all that down getting all over the place when re-stuffing .

Thanks. They seem to be able to top up old down gear with new down, but no one offers a re covering service. I'll contact PHD and see what theycan offer but I suspect it will be expensive.
