I have some leather gloves that are a little big. Can I shrink them and does the leather remain supple?

The quick answer is yes and no.
Yes you can shrink them by applying very hot water
No they won't remain supple. The leather will shrink all right, but it will also pucker and go hard. Once that's done, there's no way back. I'd leave them alone, wear another pair underneath or sell them and buy a smaller pair. Shrinking them will ruin them.
