Very sad to see the passing of two giants of Scottish Mountaineering, Andy Nisbet and Steve Perry.

A bit trite to say “they died doing what they loved” but they certainly did.

I still can’t beleive this is Andy Nesbit, I always thought he was indestructible, read about the accident and then saw later on it was him. Met him a couple of times climbing and he came across as a really decent bloke - despite or possibly because of being a superstar. Thoughts go out to everyone who knew and loved them.

I did not know of them as I like to climb but don't know the characters, always a shame the loss of youthful men.
