holy smoke, I'd never heard of Dick Proenneke before, cool vids on daily motion, although set to a regga track and going quite fast(like they did in them days) good stuff.

Personally the Dick Proenneke film is far better than the series by Ed Wardle
to Dick it was a way to start a new life where as it seemed more like a test of will power for
Ed .

Every so often, the 2 hr Dick Proenneke documentary will be on TV. Good stuff and a very tough old man.
