To have a listen to it, click on the link in the post above, then click on Chris Evans link. This will bring up his show and using the 5min or 15min buttons navigate to 02:10 out of 02:59 play time.

I meant to post this yesterday but forgot. You can download the show as an MP3 (this might be the same as podcast but not sure). It's basically all the talky bits from the show with the music removed - copyright I suppose.

But it's easier to navigate the file in i-tunes or media player once you've downloaded it than in the BBC interface.
