Polish Lavvu size for person height?

What is the recommended height per person for each size Lavvu? I'm looking to get a pair, and will be wearing one when needed.

Also anyone know if you wear bagpacks under it? Looks longer in the back for it.

Some sizes here.

• The ponchos are suitable for the specified height:
• Size 1 for 160-170cm (5'3" - 5'7") height.
• Size 2 for 170-180cm (5'7" - 5'11") height.
• Size 3 for 180-190cm (5'11" - 6'3") height.
