It's not as portable but that's very comprehensive.

Still a handy size though.

I've just ordered one from Amazon 2nd hand £3:40. Thought it would be better to recycle than order new.

I Know what you mean. I hope I never have to follow the instructions "Pull the two parts of the broken bone away from eachother".......Urgh.

That part is actually pretty ok to deal with because the relief of the casualty is obvious, and I do speak from experience on this.
However, something to go squeamish over is crepitus.... the sound of broken bone grating on broken bone. Usually accompanied with agonised screams from the casualty as you examine the broken limb. Now that definitely isn't nice.....
