Day Out Overnight in the wood

Giving my new hammock a tryout last night.

I automatically put the tarp up and then packed it away after realising it wouldn't be necessary. It was a fine night.

150 metres from the car. perfect. The underblanket is sewn in on this hammock and is very warm, Its an easy hammock winter hiker XL.

None that I saw, evidence of deer, squirrels, mice and owls. But I slept well

it's the poles on the end of the fire pit that support the pot hanger I think.

First time I have tried this hammock, just bought it. The hennesy tarp fits perfectly though.

yeah, i can see now... noticed the other one in the other pic with the same pattern... it's just that the one i was looking at looked so straight i thought it was a solid pole... well spotted!
