Operation Loch Watch Perthshire, Tayside Police and others 7th April

OPERATION LOCHWATCH

On Saturday 7 April 2012 Tayside Police will launch Operation Lochwatch in the Highland Perthshire area.

Although the vast majority of visitors behave responsibly when visiting the area, there is a minority who do not and spoil the experience for others.

This multi agency operation will target those offenders who commit crimes and offences in the countryside. With a brief to engage, educate and enforce the laws relating to the outdoor access code officers will conduct mobile and foot patrols in the areas of outstanding natural beauty which cover much of Highland Perthshire.
