Well my old paracord bracelet has been worn almost continually for over a year now, but has worn well:
After a bit of a break from bushcraft in general (and selling off some of my kit!) I've been slowly getting back into the swing of things - especially spending more time on here and following some of the blogs I used to read. Stormdrane as ever is a wonderful source of inspiration and following one of his recent posts about creating a chain sinnet bracelet I decided it was time for an upgrade:
It doesn't "store" as much cord as the cobra stitch one, but it has probably got ~2 metres in there so it's still useful. I've made it a lot looser than the old one as well.
I've also been brushing up on my lanyard knots and mastered the chinese cloverleaf knot he posted yesterday. It looks like the paracord bug as bitten me again - now to find a decent supplier instead of the cheap BCB stuff I've been working with (all my good stuff is on my basha).
