New Barbour D219 Polarquilt waistcoat/zip in. Size small green

Just got this - never been out of the house. A bit too small for me to wear as a waistcoat which is a surprise as Barbour stuff is usually oversized. Usual Barbour quality with mico fleece lining - early Chrimbo present anyone??
