Interesting article on the extreme weather we've been seeing mainly from US point of view but also relevant here. If these overcast damp summers are here to stay and are the result of the global climate warming I think I might have to emigrate .... Although it sounds like one way or another everywhere will be affected.

Summers are drier and hotter here than previously recorded, winters colder. We're almost down to two seasons, spring and autumn appear briefly if at all.
