Just finnished racing through Moveable Feasts by Amy-Jane Beer & Roy Haplin.
Published by Cicerone it's pretty cracking value at £14.99 ( I've nothing to do with these chaps by the way, just enjoyed it)
Takes you through food science, stoves, water, great recipies for camping and some all round great tips.
I'm slightly miffed as I've now got to delete my opus on outdoor cooking as there's not much that isn't covered in this tome.
Well written, easy to read and some good grub.
Have a deko as it's really rather good.
