I dont think this is being discussed in any other posts, if it is, my apologies

Just a quick question, does anyone know where you can source those metal buckles (the same slide up sort that were built into karrimor packs in the 70's, or the ones you get as waist adjusters on danish or american trousers)?

Modern variant would be the ITW GHook, advantage of being able to remove the buckle from the fixed loop side.

Thanks for the suggestions. I decided to rob a couple of the buckles off an old pair of danish trousers (I dont use the waist adjuster on them any way)
