Looking for a kettle to go into my PLCE sidepouch to boil water and cook my boil in the bags.

What is the view on this forum?

Cheers

Thanks guys, looking for stainless steel ideally so it will go on a open fire of needed. Like the idea of a heat exchanger but thinking how long it takes to boil is balanced against how it would fare in the bottom of a bergan and cleaning it if used with a hexy burner.

16cm zebra billy will fit PERFECTLY in a side pouch. It may seem like overkill but if you fill it with stuff it will take up no more room than anything else. The benefits are that it will heat small volumes of liquid faster due to having more surface area by the heat source and if you want, you can make big meals which you absolutely won't be able to do with a small pot.

They're not that light-weight but they are bomb proof.
